Graduated from College of Engineering Trivandrum in Mechanical Engineering in 1979. Underwent two year PG Diploma Training in Industrial Engineering from TIPIE, National Productivity Council ,Madras. Member of Institution of Industrial Engineering (MIIE) Underwent Concentrated Training in Total Quality Management from NITIE, Bombay. Quality Auditor from TQMI, New Delhi. Started career in the Industrial Engineering Department of Hindustan Motors,West Bengal, in 1979. In 1981 switched over to Kerala State Productivity Council,Kalamassery , where he did consultancy assignments in more than 80 organisations in various fields of Industrial Engineering in Industries.Became Pavilion Mapper of MW Pavilion , Scotland UK in 2001. He became Master Black Belt(Six Sigma Project Mangement)in 2011. ( Global Certification issued after Testing by Expert Rating -USA) Now running own consulting firm Missing Links & Visible Hands.
